Yes! All of our routes are carefully designed to showcase the most iconic and breathtaking sections of the Grand Canyon, including the West Rim and North Rim. Our pilots follow FAAapproved flight paths that allow you to see the canyon in all its majestic beauty.

We understand plans can change. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to weather or safety reasons, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Safety is our top priority. All Pronto helicopters are maintained to FAA Part 135 standards, the highest in the industry. Our pilots are highly trained, with thousands of hours of flight experience. We also conduct daily safety checks, and every flight includes a pre-departure safety briefing.

We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, especially for tours with canyon landings. Don’t forget your camera or phone to capture the views! Sunglasses are also a good idea, and we’ll provide noise-canceling headsets so you can enjoy the narrated tour in comfort.
